I’m sick I tell you! First my neice is just disgustingly cute… and then I take pictures of my Aunt’s coworker, Susan’s 2 dogs. One is a boxer named “Diesel” and the other is a 6 week old mastiff named “Ellie.” The cuteness meter is up, making me feel way too sick…. enjoy!

I’m thinking of a provocative fashion series that I’ve titled for now as a suggestive series. It will portray our everyday events but with a twist. My first model is Michelle, a very close and playful friend of mine. We took these photos last night at the Illest Villains xmas gift exchange which ended up being an interesting night! I will post more pictures from my new camera that I’ve processed later.. enjoy!
We did this all on the fly, which teaches me two things your fashionable friends make for interesting photographic subjects and that a short spread can be put together in 5 minutes, with no studio. Thanks Michelle!

Today after some inspiring words and photos that I came across, I shot with my Polaroid Land Camera 250. I saw a dope ass old cadillac on my block… here’s the edited photo first… and the original B&W pre-edit which wasn’t that bad of a photo but I wanted to get rid of the “newer” cars in the back as much as possible.

My mindset is that a great photographer will not need photoshop, until I get there… I’ll have to learn some basic principles with photoshop. For those of you who don’t know I am color defficient and I can’t see certain shades of Red and Green. With that said photoshopping has always been hard for me.. I’m seeing some amazing things people can do and so I’ve decided to flip some old work. Here is a picture taken by Clear Effect, that I’ve edited to look old… There is also a before and after for comparison..

Before & After
This old effect can have a significant change to the mood and feel of the photo but I don’t think it can be applied to just any photo… Well the basic idea is to make anything black or dark lose its detail and from there add vignetting and a colored tint as well as some grainyness. Enjoy.
My shutterbug addiction is growing… I’ve bought two new cameras… and have my digital on its way via snail mail! The two cameras are ancient technology to some but have a very good following! The First is a Polaroid EE100 Reporter and the second is a Polaroid Land Camera 250.

I’ve gotten some more film developed from my Diana F+ which shoots in 120mm format. They were pictures from the going away dinner we had, before I left for Brasil, a few from Brasil and some party stuff that’s just too funny if you were there! I’ll post my favorites now.

Last night, again.. there’s a photo shoot to be had and done… well now it’s done! Go figure kiddies =P the theme was alter egos. I’ve always thought of my alter ego as a rebel because inside my head I’ll hear someone say something and immediately think the opposite and oppose what they say, and do. But as of lately I’ve become an American Social Rebel, on the outside though I’ve been conformed to Asian-American culture and standards.. I’m still trying to break through those molds and really walk away from all the stereo types and misguided standards we have in American culture. Anyways here’s a sample of what’s to be had!
